Interior layout

2 bedroom, 2 bath,living room and galley. Master bedroom has queen size bed,tub with shower, vanity and toilet. second bedroom has v beds, bath has toilet, vanity and shower.Living room has couch and chair. All interior is carpet except Galley.

Galley

Galley has refrigerator that works on 120 volt and 12 volt, stove with hood, sink, microwave and ice maker. Table seats 8 people and folds down to queen size bed. Galley has new hardwood floor.

Boat has dual stations, flybridge has auto pilot, marine radio, depth finder. Interior station has PA, am/fm cassett radio.

Electrical System

2-120 volt 30amp services. Power inverter from 120 to 12 volt. 7.5 kw generator. Boat has 12 volt lighting and outlets for 120 volt. 3 a/c heat pumps provide plenty of cooling and heat to extend your boating season. Electric 120 volt water heater gives you a nice hot shower.

Other Equipment

Boat has dual 100 gallon gas tanks, dual sewerage holding tanks 1- 40 gal. and 1- 30 gal., a 75 gal. fresh water tank has a pressure pump to provide water while traveling or fresh water hook-up while docked.All canvas is in excellant condition and is 6 years old, boat has full enclosure and mooring cover also. Carpet on aft deck and flybridge was replaced 2 years ago.

Remarks

Boat and hull are in excellent condition. Boat has been used as a summer condo most of it's life so hours are minimum on the motors and interior is pristine. All wood trim is real wood and not the plastic you get now with newer boats. If you are looking for a summer home on the water that you don't have to mow the grass or pay taxes on here is you chance to get it. It can even be used as a tax write off as a second home.
