Center cockpit provides excellent visibility and working space above decks, and roomy aft cabin interior layout below with 6'2" headroom in main cabin. Set up for single handed sailing with ProFurl roller furler, 2-speed Lewmar winches and Autohelm autopilot / wheel steering. Boat is very well built and rigged, very solid condition with quality hardware throughout, vinylester barrier coat on hull. Interior layout is great with private aft cabin / full berth, forward V-berth, mid-cabin settee berths and drop-leaf dining table, and head with sit-in tub/shower. New mainsail / furler / pedestal navy Sunbrella covers. Boat has just been hauled and prepped for bottom paint (paint and launch included with purchase). Deck and hull are in very good shape, with no soft spots, fully encapsulated modified fin keel.
